ENQUIRY

Account Management: You enquire and then we ask a bunch of questions to break down the idea to fully understand how to execute it. This step is crucial to extract all the finer details. We normally start to talk budget at this stage to make sure ideas and budget align. Pricing is approved before we move to design.

DESIGN

Creative design: We can turn your idea into a conceptual render or you can provide one if it's necessary. It depends on the size of the project.

Technical Design: We turn the idea or render into a technical drawing so the design can become a functional build noting all specs, finishes and functions for approval before proceeding to build.

MANAGEMENT

Quote & Invoice: A formal quote is provided and if approved we move to invoice. Builds commence once a deposit is paid

Account Management: Once the build commences we stay in touch with build progress updates and photos so you see finished items before we turn up onsite. Depending on the size of the project we use project management tools to track build finishes, details and budgets in a transparent document. This provides visibility and tracks all decisions as we go.

EXECUTION

Build: We turn your creative concept into reality.

Installation & Dismantle: We follow all builds right through to installation and dismantle.

Repurpose or Reuse: If you don't want to keep assets we look for ways to repurpose so items don't end up in land fill. If you have the capacity to reuse, we offer logistics, crew and storage options to help assist longer term.
